If the item that I ordered does not fit my needs, may I return it?

Returns:

Please return merchandise in original packaging and include packing slip with reason for return. A full refund, less shipping charges, will be given based on the original form of payment.

Exchanges:

If our merchandise does not fit your needs and you would like to exchange it send the merchandise in the original package, write on the packing slip what item you would like in exchange. It is also our pleasure to exchange any merchandise that was received damaged. Please return merchandise in original packaging and include packing slip explaining the defect. Damaged merchandise must be received within seven business days of customer receiving delivery.
